My name is Tom and I have been a personal traner in London for 6 years, working with a range of clients from total beginners to experienced athletes. From fat loss to strength training and everything in-between, I can help you to achieve your goals.

 

Having spent most of my youth playing rugby, I soon picked up the bug for health and fitness, playing for my county (Suffolk), and going on a tour to Canada.  After a year of travelling the world, I moved to London to pursue my ambition to be a Personal Trainer. I enrolled at one of the top institutes for health and fitness in London (Premier Training International), where I qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist.
 
I am always researching new ways to develop my skills and improve the way I train myself and my clients. Being a Personal Trainer for six years, I have learned the importance of tailoring sessions to each client in a bespoke and personal way that will be most beneficial for them.  One of the most important things I teach my clients is that you have to work hard to achieve your goals. By following nutritional advice and being given the right guidance and motivation, all of my clients see real and measurable results.  

Robin came to me wanting to lose weight, feel healthy, and improve her fitness.  The first thing I looked at was her nutrition, asking Robin to keep an honest food diary for a week.  From this I tailored a nutrition plan to suit her lifestyle and maximise the results of her training.  With Robin, we worked on basic exercises to start with, working each joint though its full range of movement.  She soon started to gain strength and could see results.  Having gone from a size 18 to a size 10, Robin’s goals are different now.  I continue to train Robin to maintain her renewed lifestyle and passion for exercise.

Nicky was looking to get strong and lean. He followed my tailored nutrition plan perfectly, and trained hard, and achieved amazing results.  I based his training on three compound movements – deadlifts, squats and bench press. We worked on strengthening his posterior chain muscles through accessory work.  He is now rehabilitated from injury and deadlifting almost twice his bodyweight, with perfect technique!
